Terms Related to Returns
We strictly prohibit Partners from offering flawed items or products of inferior quality compared to market standards on the Website. In the event a Customer receives a product that does not match its description, is flawed, or is of lower quality, the Customer may initiate a return to the Partner. The Singhs Designer Home will coordinate with the relevant Partner to process the return and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a full refund for the defective item, a discount, replacement, or repair. The Singhs Designer Home will also refund any applicable delivery charges, and reasonable return costs provided the same has been acknowledged by the Partner and is willing to bear the cost for the defective product. Please be aware that any refunds are solely at the discretion of our partner. Singhs Designer Home cannot guarantee refunds, and shall not be held liable for any such decisions.
Product(s) are returnable with a free shipping label provided by Singhs Designer Home if eligible and within the 14 days return window. Any return beyond 14 day return window shall not be accepted. No refunds shall be granted for any products received beyond 14 days return window. Any returns shall be accepted only if Customer's have received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Singhs Designer Home. However, please note that the Return and Refund policy may vary from Partner to Partner. In certain instances, the Partner may reject the return, and the Singhs Designer Home may exercise its discretion to purchase the product from the Customer, at which point the legal title to the product shall pass to the Singhs Designer Home.
Our returns policy mandates that returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Items should be in an unworn, undamaged, and unused condition, complete with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Final sale items can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- For footwear and accessories, the original branded boxes and dust bags, if provided, must be included, and the items should be placed inside a protective box when returning.
- When trying on footwear, please refrain from marking the soles or damaging the shoe box.
- Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
- Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items should be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged packaging, where applicable.
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. Returns of worn or soiled items will not be accepted.
- Face masks can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty upon delivery due to their nature.
- Jewellery should be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided.
- Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty upon delivery, as they are customized according to your specifications.
- Certain beauty items containing hazardous or flammable materials, such as fragrances, aerosols, spray receptacles, essential oils, acid ingredients, self-tanning lotions, nail polish, and remover, cannot be returned due to safety reasons. To ensure smooth returns, please be cautious when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that fail to meet our policy will not be accepted.
In order to provide a pleasant shopping experience, we offer a flexible returns policy. However, we closely monitor the number of returns, and if your return behaviour violates our policy, we reserve the right to close your Singhs Designer Home account or restrict future orders.
