I have only received part of my order. What do I do?

Depending on the items ordered and location of the warehouses, partial shipments are possible to ensure prompt delivery. Please allow untill the final date stated on the estimated delivery to receive your packages. If you still have not received your order please check your order status or contact our support team for more information.

HOW DO I GET PAID TO REPORT A GLITCH?

We know our customers are our backbone. Help us help you, and get paid for it too! If you notice any anomalies such as display errors, text errors, product errors, price errors, or anything out of the blue let us know! We will take the matter into account and if it is valid we will issue either a payment to you or double the amount in store credits.

At Singhs Designer Home we allow payments to be made in a variety of ways. These include VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac E-Transfer, Discover, Bitcoin, And Bitcoin Lightning.

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept for payments?

We currently offer payments to be made in both Bitcoin & cryptos on the Lightning network. We are working on implementing more crypto options to improve your shopping experience! Send us a email at support@shopsdh.ca if you want to see your favourite crypto.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS FOR A SINGLE ORDER?

We currently do not offer the option to use multiple payment methods for a single order. You can choose your preferred payment method from those available during the checkout process.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

Your credit card will be charged upon confirmation of your order. Once you've completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation, the payment will be processed.

No, Singhs Designer Home does not charge any processing fees for payments. The total amount you see during the checkout process is the final amount you will be charged. There are no additional fees on our behalf for using any of the accepted payment methods.

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS?

While we are actively working on introducing installment payment options to provide you with more flexibility, we do not currently support installment payments. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to enhance our payment offerings.

How do I place an order on your website?

What couriers do you use for shipping?

We ship our orders through reliable couriers such as DHL, FedEX, Landmark, UPS, and USPS.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order by logging into your account and selecting the specific order or by using the email tracking link we sent upon shipment. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive the tracking number before inquiring.

How do I determine the estimated delivery time for an item?

Delivery times are calculated based on courier estimates and are generally at express shipping times ranging from 2-7 business days.

What is your typical delivery lead time?

After an order is placed, there's a processing time of 4-48 business hours. The shipping duration can range from same day to 5 business days, depending on the courier's schedule. If your order hasn't shipped after 7 business days, please reach out to us at support@shopsdh.ca

Do you offer priority shipping?

Yes, items eligible for priority shipping will display this option at checkout. In some cases, priority shipping may be offered at no additional cost.

IS THERE FREE SHIPPING?

The short answer is yes. Orders bound for Canada generally have no shipping fee associated with the purchase.

How do you handle customs duties and taxes?

In most cases, taxes & duties are calculated in the price already on our website. This allows us to give you the cheapest shopping experience possible. Anything charged at the point of delivery is outside our control and should be discussed with your respective Border Agency.

What should I do if my item shows as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If an item displays as delivered but hasn't reached you, please first contact the respective courier (details provided in your email, account, and tracking). If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to us on Whatsapp or Email.

Returns & Refunds

What is Singhs Designer Home’s returns policy?

Our returns policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind. You can return all eligible items within 14 days for a full and free refund. Items must be in the same condition as they were when sent out.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive a returned item, it typically takes between 4-10 business days for inspection. Following this, refunds are processed to the original payment method, arriving anywhere from instantly up to 7 days, contingent on the payment method and bank.

Will delivery costs & duties be refunded on return?

If your purchase was eligible for duty free shipping, than your refund will be completely covered including any duty or VAT charges that may occur.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Provide details such as name, order number, item condition, and photos. Upon verification, we'll send a return label at no cost.

What conditions should the returned products be in

Products should be returned in their original condition with all included accessories like boxes, tags, laces, dust bags, etc...

Can I make changes to my online order?

Once an order is confirmed, we're unable to make changes. You can reach out to our support team for any clarifications. We suggest you take a moment to review your items before confirming your order.

While we don't offer direct exchanges, we provide hassle-free returns to make it easy for our customers to reorder.

Is the return process different for gifts?

No, products purchased as gifts follow the same return policies.

How do I handle returns if items were shipped separately?

If your items arrived in multiple packages, they MUST be returned in the same fashion. We will provide you with return labels for every item if it meets our policy and you must make sure to place them on the right items to ensure they are forwarded to the correct warehouse.

how do i get my refund if i paid with cyrpto

If you chose the crypto payment method at checkout you will be entitled to receive the same amount you sent, at the current market value. This may cause a change in the value of either more or less of what you sent that is out of our control.

What's your policy on restocking fees and return shipping?

We take pride in not charging restocking fees and offering free returns. In rare cases, you might encounter VAT or Duty Fees, though this is unlikely.

When do my points and status reset?

While we wish rewards could linger like cherished memories, they do have a finite lifespan. Points and Status levels are reset once a year, ever 364 days from the creation of your account.

What are designer bucks?

Designer Bucks is just one of our many ways of giving back. Every Status and Tier is eligible to receive $10 for anything on our site every for every 1000 points they reach.

What are 2x point days?

In accordance to your Status & Tier you are given the ability to schedule days where for every dollar you spend, you receive DOUBLE the points than normal!

WHAT ARE PERSONAL DISCOUNT DAYS

Based on your Status and Tier you are assigned a certain number of Personal Discount Days. You choose what day you want and you can use them with all brands, and even during a sale!

Is it your birthday? Happy Birthday! Depending on your Tier, we have curated a special discount code that can be applied at your next checkout.
